More patients had a CR with POLIVY+BR vs BR alone

Higher CR rates vs BR at end of treatment (EOT)1*

*EOT was defined as 6 to 8 weeks after Day 1 of cycle 6 or last study treatment.

63% of patients in the POLIVY+BR arm (25/40) achieved a best overall response

In the BR arm, 10 patients achieved a PR or CR at any time in the study, with 30% (3/10) having DoR lasting at least 6 months and 20% (2/10) having a DoR lasting at least 12 months.

Best overall response was defined as having a CR or PR at any time in the study. 2

CI=confidence interval; PR=partial remission; CR=complete response; DoR=duration of response.

Response rates in patients with R/R DLBCL 1

PET-CT-based response per modified Lugano 2014 criteria. Bone marrow confirmation of PET-CT CR was required. PET-CT PR required meeting both PET criteria and CT criteria for PR.
EOT was defined as 6 to 8 weeks after Day 1 of cycle 6 or last study treatment.
§Miettinen-Nurminen method.
PET-CT results were prioritized over CT results.
